at 1pm sharp. Anyone not on the list by 1.10pm will not be allowed in to the
comp. These are being run during our normal training sessions so please ensure
that pistes are set up in the far corner and that your equipment is kept next
to the walls. Please respect that we need room for people doing normal
training. Everyone is welcome.

WAFA Activity Day No.1 Saturday 20 April
ECU Cavaliers held the first of the WAFA Activity Days for 2013 on th Saturday the 20th April.
A great turn out of under 13 fencers.
A huge thank you to all the volunteers on the day that made it run so smoothly, particularly Steve Johnson & Lousie Johnson for their refereeing and Simon Macintyre for being DT

The favourite of the day was seeing WA's youngest competitor Mason -5yrs meet and take on our oldest competitive fencer Peter - 80yrs

April Information Update
Social Bowling Night
27th April
7.00pm - AMF Bowling Morley
5 lanes have been booked for approx 30
people cost is $25 per person and this includes 2 games of bowling a drink and
a burger. Extra food and games are at your own cost. We need to know numbers so
that a deposit can be made and details confirmed with AMF bowling. Please email secretary@cavaliers.com.au or

This is an annual standalone event for all fencers 30 years and
over.
Medals will be awarded for overall places, and for each age
group: 30s, 40s, 50s and 60+. This year, overall placings are eligible for WAFA
Veteran ranking points for those fencers aged 40 and over. Level 2 FIE
equipment is not required. Conductive bib is required for foil. Entry fee is
$25 plus $10 per weapon up to a maximum of $50. Entries Close 19th April
